Just sold - $20,000 over asking price in 7 days!
After prepping the home (staging, cleaning, etc), a bunch of advertising, 2 open houses, and a week of showings, we had 3 offers on 2 Morongo on Monday. It’s in the newer part of Garden City off of Swailes Ave.
Negotiations took awhile but the sellers decided to take the offer that best suited their needs. Sellers were pretty happy about the price they received and so were we. I also had a chance to show the home to the buyers after all the conditions were satisfied and they were very excited about the house as well.
List price - $299,900
Sold price - $320,000
On a side note: We had a chance to see the house virtually identical to this one down the street. It too just recently sold but for $307,000. It’s pretty interesting how 2 houses that were pretty similar sold for 2 different prices.
